France WWI Aisne Chemin des Dames Medal with Clasp Aisne 1914 1918 with Diploma & Tube

FRANCE: Commemorative Medal for the 
Veterans of the Battles of Aisne - Chemin 
des Dames with clasp "Aisne 1914-1918"
The medal comes with its extremely scarce 
numbered diploma of issue and also with the 
tube the diploma had been mailed to its 
recipient. Note the very low number of the 
diploma (1014).
The medal was instituted in 1966. 
It was issued the same year to the surviving 
veterans of the respective battles during WW1 
(in 1914, 1917, 1918) and WW2 (16 May 1940, 
VI French Army) . 
It is one of the rarest French decorations.
