II class, for the Territorial Army reservists. 
The award was established in 1913 and was 
issued to all Officers, NCOs and men of the 
Territorial Army or the Reserves, who were 
recalled to active duty and served for a period 
of at least 3 months or participated in at least 
one campaign.
The medal was discontinued in 1918.
