France WWII Bronze Cross for Voluntary Services 2nd Type with Large Head by Delannoy

FRANCE: Bronze Cross for Voluntary Military 
Services.
The Cross was instituted in 1934, in 3 classes 
(bronze, silver, gold) for those who voluntarily 
served at the rear.
The award was discontinued in 1957 (it was 
substituted by the medal for military merit) 
but it was reinstated in 1975 - this time as 
a circular medal.
This is the 2nd type of the cross (large head 
on the obverse), signed by Delannoy.
