Germany WWII Sudetenland Annexation Medal 01 October 1938

NAZI GERMANY: WW2 Sudetenland Annexation 
Commemorative Medal. Dated : 1 Oktober 1938. 
Circumscribed "EIN VOLK - EIN REICH - EIN 
FÜHRER" (one people, one state, one leader).
The medal was instituted in 1938 and was 
awarded to the military personnel that took part 
in the occupation, by Germany, of Sudetenland 
(province of Czechoslovakia with Sudeten - 
German population) following the provisions of 
the Munich Agreement. 
The medal was designed by Richard Klein and 
its obverse side is similar to the Austrian 
Annexation medal. A total of 1.162.617 medals 
and 134.563 bars to the medal were awarded.
