Belgium: WW2 lapel pin - button hole for the 
Combatants of the War in Africa - primarily
members of the "Force Publique" the Belgian
Forces of Congo. 
The Belgian Forces in Africa, in addition to 
the defense of the Colonies of Congo and 
Rwanda-Urundi, fought alongside British 
forces in the East African Campaign and in 
Madagascar. They also acted as garrisons in 
Egypt, Nigeria and Palestine. 
The badge is scarce.
