BELGIUM: Military Cross for the Occupation 
of Rhineland right after the end of WW1 (1918-
1929). 
Belgium joined the allied occupational forces 
of Rhineland, under the provisions of the 
Versailles Treaty, in 1919 and withdrew its 
forces in 1929. 
The same medal was awarded right after 
the end of WW2 with the addition
of the year 1945. 
A rarely seen award.
