City of Ghent (Gent/Gand) for the Veterans of 
the City who fought in the Great War.
In its box of issue by Galere, Brussels. 
The inscription writes:
"The City of Gent to its Brave Sons".
The medal was presented to the surviving 
veterans of the City, in 1964, on the 50th 
anniversary of the beginning of WW1. 
Designed and signed by Fibru.
One of the rarest WW1 medals.
