Belgium: Knight's Cross in the Royal Order 
of the Lion.
The Order was established by King Leopold II 
in 1891 and was awarded for services to the 
Free State of Congo (A Belgian Colony until 
1960).
It was discontinued in 1960 following the 
Independence of Congo.
This is a very well preserved early example.
