Belgium WWII Victory Commemorative Medal with Swords & Allemagne 1945 Clasp

Belgium: WW2 Commemorative Medal, 1940-
1945, with Crossed Swords for Combatants 
of the 1940 defensive campaign and clasp 
"Allemagne 1945" (Germany 1945), for the 
members of the Piron Brigade who took part 
in the Allied Invasion and Occupation of 
Germany during the final stages of WW2.
Note that the "Germany 1944/1945" clasps
are usually found in elliptical form so this is
a rare type.
On the obverse: The Belgian Lion between 
the arms of a "V" (for Victory).
On the reverse: "Commemorative Medal of 
the War 1940-1945", in French and Flemish.
The medal was established in 1946.
