Policy Service Medal with EUPM Clasp.

Peace) 
The medal was instituted in 2003 and is awarded to individuals, 
both military and civilian, who have participated in 
missions (in Europe and abroad) under the 
Common Security and Defense Policy (CSDP), 
which is implemented by the European Union 
Military Staff.
The medal was awarded for the 1st time in 2004. 
The clasp EUPM was awarded for the Police 
Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina (2003 – 2012). 
The combination of the medal and the clasp is 
rare as only about 2200 police, judiciary and 
civilian personnel from the EU Member States
