This Organization was established in 1940
by General Petain and reflected the attempt
of the Government of Vichy to substitute and
control the already existing Veterans
Associations of France.
The organization lived shortly (until the
liberation of France in 1944) just like all the
other Vichy institutions.
It was banned following the end of WW2.
