FRANCE: Cross of Recognition of the French 
National Union of Retired Non Commissioned 
Officers - UNSOR.
The Union was founded in 1930 by Feu Louis 
Kerautret-Botmel (an NCO veteran of WW1 
and WW2, 3 times wounded, decorated with 
the Officer's Cross of the Legion of Honor 
and promoted to the rank of the Captain of 
the Reserves).
This is an early example of the Cross.
