Association for Providing Aid and Care to the 
Wounded in the War).
Maker marked: A. Stubbe, Berlin. C.
The Association was established in 1866 by the 
Prussian Queen (later Empress) Augusta.
The Cross was issued in 1926, to long time 
members only, in commemoration of the 60 
years of the Association.
