relief and aid of the German Prisoners of War in 
captivity. 
With its scarce numbered (25878) diploma of 
issue titled: "The Eagle in Chains" (exact 
translation: The Eagle in Iron). 
Note the price the medal had been sold 
(stamped on the lower right corner) for (25 
phennig - 0,25 Mark) instead of the nominal 
price of 0,5 phennig.
