Italy: WW2 Medal of the Royal Italian Army’s 94th
Infantry Regiment commemorating the March on
Cattaro, 16–17 April 1941. Cattaro (Kotor) is a
former Venetian Port of Venetian Albania - today
the port belongs to Montenegro).
The medal is dated 16 - 17 Apr. 1941.
Note, the inscrition "Marre Nostrum (Latin: Our
Sea)" which was the way the Romans used to
refer to the Mediterranean Sea.
The medal is maker marked by Boeri, Roma.
