THAILAND: Most Exalted Order of the White 
Elephant, Knight's Star, V Class.
Marked on the reverse in Thai characters: 
"Secretariat of the Cabinet".
The Order was established in 1861, by King 
Mongkut Rama IV, to reward services to the 
State. 
It may be awarded to both Thai (Siamese) 
citizens and foreigners. 
This is a WW2 era example.
