Vatican Jerusalem Cross Gold 1st Class with Clasp Jerusalem in Silver 800 Boxed by CDF Italy

Vatican: Jerusalem Cross (also known as Holy 
Land Medal or Pilgrimage Cross), Gold Class (1st 
Class, in silver gilt). 
With "JERUSALEM" clasp.
Marked "800" for silver purity and maker marked 
by CDF (CDF Italy).
The decoration was established in 1901 by Pope 
Leo XIII, in 3 classes and was discontinued in 
1977.
This is an example of the early post WW2 era.
