Albania - Communism era: Medal for Distinguished 
Master in Profession - 1st type. 
The award was instituted in 1965 in a single class 
and it was considered a Title. 
It was awarded to workers who received certification 
as a master in their profession through the quality of 
their work and thus served as an example to others.
Despite being a former communist country,  Albania 
issued medals and decorations of high quality and in 
very low numbers.
