III class. 
The Order was instituted in 1945, in 3 classes 
and 1 medal, and was awarded in VERY
LIMITED NUMBERS (a few hundreds), to 
workers and institutions that distinguished 
themselves in the "socialist construction" of 
the country. 
This example is of the latest type, made in 
Albania, with Chinese 
know-how.  A scarce medal.
Despite being a former communist country,  
Albania issued medals and decorations of 
high quality and in very low numbers.
