Belgium Medal for the Centennial of the Postal Service and its 50 Years of Participation in the Universal Postal Union by Devreese

Belgium: Commemorative Centenary Medal of the 
Belgian Postal Service (1849 - 1949) as well as for 
its 50 years of participation in the Universal Postal 
Union. 
The medal is signed by C. Devreese and on the 
reverse presents the 1st Belgian postage stamp 
with the portrait of King Leopold I.
It was awarded in 1949 to all Post employees 
with at least 25 years of service. 
This is the French version of the medal - another 
Flemish version also exists.
