From right to left:
-WW2 Commemorative Medal for the Winter War
against the Soviet Union (1939-1940).
With "Laatokan Karjala" (Ladoga Karelia) clasp
and Crossed Swords for combatants.
The clasp was issued to the members of the
Finnish IV Corps ( aprox. 30.000 men and is
rare) .
-Order of the Cross of Liberty, Bronze Medal 2nd
Class, 1941.
-Order of the Cross of Liberty, Silver Medal 1st
Class, 1941.
Maker marked with the "Hammer with Wings" (for
Kultateollisuus Ky in Turku), hallmarked "813H"
for silver purity and dated "N6" (1942).
Marked with the crown (National silver mark) and
the "Table Mark" (for the city of Turku).
The Order was established in 1918 during the War
for the Independence of Finland.
The number "1941" shows the year of the award.
The Order of the Cross of Liberty is a premier
Order of Finland and it was awarded (until 1960)
for merit during war time active service.
This example was issued during the War of
Continuation 1941 - 1944 against Soviet Russia.
A rare set of a combatant of both the Winter War
and the War of Continuation.
