WW1 era.
On the obverse:
The British Lion and the Victories in the battles 
of Vimy, Roeux and Bullecourt, in 1917, which 
breached the Hindenburg line.
On the reverse:
The French Rooster, circumscribed "On Ne 
Passe Pas" (You will not pass) and "La 
Defense de Verdun" (The Defense of Verdun).
Signed by the medalists Fleury & Thiaumont.
The lighter doen't spark, it needs flint change.
