a sitting soldier between two Adrian helmets.
The helmets, left and right of the soldier, hide
the two ink reservoirs.
Made during the period right after the end of
the Great War.
The inkwell is signed by its designer (S.R.),
and marked "Made in France" - a logo already
in use during the interwar period.
