FRANCE: WW2 Cross of the Partisans (Members 
of the Resistance).
Obverse: 2 Sten submachine guns crossed over 
a handgranade.
With the inscription: 
"Libertas Obsistens Pax" (Freedom - Resistant 
- Peace)
The Cross was instituted after the end of WW2 
by the Federation of Allied Combatants in Europe. 
It was awarded to members of the Resistance 
Networks mainly in Belgium, Poland and France.
The medal is rarely seen.
