Imperial Germany - Principality of Hohenzollern: 
Hohenzollern Silver Medal for Merit, 3rd type. 
The medal was instituted in 1842 and was awarded, 
in this amended form, since 1851 and until the end 
of WW1 to non commissioned officers and soldiers 
of the Regiments under the command of Wilhelm, 
Prince of Hohenzollern, for meritorious service.  
A rare medal as the population of the Principality, 
at the time, was below 70.000 inhabitants.
