Germany WWI Trench Art Lighter German 8mm S Patrone Mauser Rifle Cartridge 1913

Imperial Germany: Trench art, WW1 era, petrol 
lighter made by an 8mm S Patrone Mauser rifle 
cartridge (7.92x57mm).
According to the headstamp (the marking on 
the base of the case), the cartridge is of the S 
type (brass with 67% copper) and had been 
produced in 1913.
The lighter doesn't spark, it needs flint change.
