Imperial Germany - Kingdom of Wurttemberg: 
King Wilhelm's II Silver Medal for Loyalty and 
Civil Merit. 
The medal was instituted in this form in 1892 
and was awarded throughout the reign of King 
Wilhelm II.
It was discontinued after the end of WW1.
This is the 1st type of the medal, in silver, signed 
by Karl Schwenzer (medalist with the Stuttgart 
Royal Mint).
A very rare medal as only 10.717 medals were 
ever issued.
