Imperial Germany - Weimar Republic: German 
Gymnasts (DT) Set consisted of patch, badge 
and stickpin. 
The DTB (German Gymnastics Federation) was 
founded in 1848. In 1868 it changed to DT and it 
was dismissed in 1935 by the NAZI party.
After WW2 it was re-established initially as DAT 
(Working Committee of German Gymnastics) 
and in 1952 once again as DTB.
Today the Federation serves as the umbrella 
organization of the German Sports and 
Gymnastics associations and clubs.
