HUNGARY: WW2 Fire Cross - 1942, without
swords but with laurel wreath, for non
combatants.
Instituted in 1941, by the Nazi ally, the
Horthy’s regime, the Cross was awarded in
this form, for minimum six months service

The date 1942 represents the year of issue.
These crosses are a lot rarer compared to
the respective ones for combatants.
