in Libya, during the colonization era, right after
the end of the Italian-Turkish war in 1912.
RARE official example, maker marked by the
Italian Royal Mint (Regia Zecca) with the "Crowned
Z" and signed by Giorgi.
With 3 unofficial for this medal service clasps (1911,
1912, 1911-12) - these are official clasps for the
Italian Commemorative Medal for the Italo-Turkish
War, 1911-1912, but were often used for this medal
as well.
