ITALY: WW2 Blue Cross of Merit of the GIL 
(Mussolini's Fascist Youth Organization - the 
Italian equivalent to The Hitler's Youth).
The Fascist Youth was renamed to GIL (from ONB) 
in 1937.
The Cross was established in 1933 initially for the 
ONB and was amended to this form in 1937. 
This is the Blue Cross for Boys (Avanguardiste) of 
age 14 - 18.
