Japan WWII Order of the Golden Kite 7th Class

JAPAN: Order of the Golden Kite VII Class.
The Order was established in 1889 in 7 classes. 
It was a purely military award for Japanese 
recipients who provided distinguished services 
in time of war. 
It was discontinued in 1947 by order of the 
Supreme Commander of the Allied Powers of 
Occupied Japan.
This is a WW2 example.
