Laos: Order of the Million Elephants and the White 
Parasol, Knight.
The Order was instituted by King Sisavang-Vong, 
in 1909 in a single class and was amended to four 
classes in 1927 and to five classes in 1936. 
The Order was awarded to Lao citizens and to 
French serving in Laos for exceptional military or 
civil service.  
This is a WW1 example.
