Star of the Royal Order of Ouissam Alaouite (or 
Royal Order of Al Alaoui). 
This is the ribbon rosette for the initial type of the

The Order was established in 1913 to reward both 
Loyal Services to the Throne of Morocco and 
Military Merit.
