Belgium: Commemorative medal for the French 
and Belgian Veterans of the Battles of Charleroi, 
Sambre and Meuse. 
The medal was instituted in 1962 by the French-
Belgian Association of WW1 Combatants in 
Belgium, it was reserved only to its members 
and the respective applications had to be 
received prior of Nov. 1964.
The medal was fabricated by Fibru in Brussels.
A scarce medal.
