Belgium WWII War Cross with Palms L King Leopold III with Diploma Dated 1938

BELGIUM: Pre WW2 War Cross (Croix de 
Guerre) with palms citation on the ribbon. 
The medal comes with its diploma of issue, 
numbered 2106 and dated 1938. 
According to the diploma, the reason for the 
award was the courage and the devotion of 
the recipient during his long presense at the 
front.
The palms represent a mention in the Order 
of the Day up to the level of the Army.
