France WWI Trench Art French Adrian Helmet Inkwell with Victorian British Army Cap Badge Dieu et mon Droit

FRANCE: Inkwell desk weight in the form of the 
WW1 French Adrian Helmet.
The cap badge on the helmet is the British Royal 
Coat of Arms and the motto "Dieu et mon Droit"
(God and my right) - the motto of the British 
Monarchy and of the British Army (Victorian 
Empire).
Note the still existing chin strap of the helmet.
A nice patriotic item for the Franco - British 
Alliance during WW1.
The base of the helmet is iron made, the helmet 
itself is made of non ferrous alloy.
