NAZI GERMANY: WW2 Sudetenland Annexation 
Commemorative Medal. Dated : 1 Oktober 1938. 
Circumscribed "EIN VOLK - EIN REICH - EIN 
FÜHRER" (one people, one state, one leader).
Instituted in 1938 to commemorate the German 
occupation of the Sudeten region following the 
Munich Agreement. 
Awarded to members of the Wehrmacht and 
officials involved in the annexation operation.
The medal was designed by Richard Klein and 
its obverse side is similar to the Austrian 
Annexation medal. A total of 1.162.617 medals 
and 134.563 bars to the medal were awarded.
