Conte di Cavour was the name ship of the three
Conte di Cavour-class battleships built for the
Royal Italian Navy (Regia Marina) in the 1910s.
She served during both World War I and during
the Corfu Incident in 1923.
She was rebuilt between 1933 and 1937 with

before the Italian surrender in 1943 and the ship
was captured by the Germans only to be
damaged and capsized in an Allied air raid in
1945.
