Inscribed: "For Italy Now and Ever".
Unofficial Medal that was established in 1923 
to be awarded to those initial members of the 
Benito Mussolini's Fascist "Italian Fighting 
League" that participated in the "March on 
Rome" that rose the Fascists to power in 
1922. Despite being an unofficial award it was 
worn regularly on the uniform like all the rest 
campaign medals.
