Morocco: Royal Order of Civil Merit, Medal of 2nd 
Class.
The Order of Civil Merit  (Ouissam al-Rida) was 
established by King Hassan II in 1966, in 3 classes 
(exceptional class in gold, 1st class in silver, 2nd 
class in bronze).
It was awarded to citizens of Morocco for 
meritorious civil services to the country.
The 2nd Class is limited to only 20.000 recipients 
at any time – thus the medal is quite rare.
